Boardwalk Poker Run

Our Annual Boardwalk Poker Run is back by popular demand! Join us on the waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene for this fun lake-wide event.
Tickets are $35 per person & include the following:
-Admission to Poker Run (including 1 "Card Sheet")
-Taco Bar Access (for 1 person)
-Poker Run Tank Top
-Discounted Cocktail & Food Coupons (valid at various stops)
Please note: additional dining tickets for additional guests can be purchased for $15 per person (based on availability)
POKER RUN STOP LOCATIONS
You must visit at least 5 of these 6 stops:
- Cedars Floating Restaurant (Packet Pick-Up for those who didn’t pick up Friday)
- Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course
- Silver Beach Marina*
- Carlin Bay
- Harrison** (One-Shot Charlies) - Valid as Two Card Draws at this location
- The Marina Cantina (we suggest this be your final stop, as it is where your final card sheet is due AND where the Taco Bar takes place!)
* This location features a “Cash Bar Snack Shack” featuring discounted beers, Truly’s, chips and more. Cash only.
** Due to the distance of this location, this stop will be counted as two card draws.
PACKET PICK-UP
Day #1 - Friday, July 15th from 9AM-4PM (preferred):
9AM-4PM at Hagadone Marine Group (1000 S Marina Dr)
- Packet Pick-Up inside Hagadone Marine Group Sales Office
- Note: Sales Office is accessible via car or boat
Day #2 - Saturday, July 16th from 9AM-12PM:
9AM-12PM at The Cedars Floating Restaurant (1514 S Marina Dr)
- Packet Pick-Up on docks of Cedars Floating Restaurant (accessible via car or boat)
In your packet you will receive your “Poker Run Card Sheet”, a map of the lake, Poker Run game instructions, and your 2022 Boardwalk Poker Run Swag. You can share your Card Sheet with others, but only one of you will have access to the Poker Run Taco Bar and you will only receive one Poker Run Tank Top - thus we suggest you buy different Card Sheets per person.
Your final stop will be The Boardwalk Marina, where you will walk up to the Marina Cantina in which your Card Sheets are due no later than 5:00PM - we will do a firm final call at 5:10PM. Winners will be announced at 6:00PM at the Marina Cantina (you do not have to be present to win).
HOW THE POKER RUN WORKS
- You will receive a “Card Sheet”, which is a sheet of paper with all the cards in a deck printed on it.
- During the Poker Run, participants will do the following:
- Boat from one “Poker Stop” to another (must do 5 of the 6 stops)
- Once you arrive at the Poker Stop, show the attendant your Card Sheet.
- You will draw a card, and they will mark the drawn card on your sheet for you.
- Once you complete a minimum of 5 stops, you will return to The Boardwalk Marina for the final stop and to turn in your “Card Sheet”. Card Sheets are due by no later than 5:00PM - we will do a firm final call at 5:10PM.
- Enjoy a Taco Bar at the Marina Cantina from 4-7PM (Taco Bar ticket included with ticket). Come and enjoy as you please between 4-7PM - you do not need to attend the entire time if you do not want…the Taco Bar will be operating on a flow.
- Winners/prizes will be announced at 6:00PM. You do not need to be present in order to win.

GAME RULES & INSTRUCTIONS:
Please Note the Following:
- No sheet may have two of the same card marks (if you draw the same card at your following stops, you will do a redraw)
- All suits are equal
- All stops have one Joker, in which the Joker counts as a “freebie wild card” on your Card Sheet. If you pull a Joker, you will receive a Joker stamp on the corner of your Card Sheet that signifies you get one freebie of your choice prior to turning your Card Sheet in. You must declare which card the Joker will represent before you turn in your Card Sheet at the final Stop at The Boardwalk Marina & Marina Cantina.
- You may only use one Joker per Card Sheet - if you pull a Joker at two stops you will only receive ONE Joker Stamp on your Card Sheet.
Game Rules:
- 5 cards = 1 hand
- All suits are equal
- Ace can be used as the lowest number or highest number
- Jokers = act as a “freebie” wild card
Scoring "Ranking lowest to Highest":
- Pair: two of the same numbers (not suits)
- 3 of a Kind: three of the same numbers (not suits)
- Full House: a pair AND a 3 of a kind
- Flush: five of the same suit (not numbers)
- Straight: five numbers in a row
- 4 of a Kind: four matching numbers (not suits)
- 5 of a Kind: five matching numbers (not suits)
- Straight Flush: 5 number cards in a row with the same suits
- Royal Flush: 10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace in a row (all of the same suit)
