Turnaround depends on your boat's size and the package selected. Exterior and Complete Detail packages take longer than Interior Detail since they include compounding and machine polishing. We'll give you a time estimate when you schedule.

Please remove personal items and loose gear prior to your appointment. Power or water requirements will be reviewed in advance if applicable. For Enhanced, Exterior and Complete Detail packages, your hull needs to be clean before we begin. If it isn't, a bottom clean can be added for an additional fee.

Buffing (or compounding) removes oxidation and surface imperfections from the gelcoat. Polishing follows to enhance gloss and clarity. Our Exterior and Complete Detail packages use both steps for the most noticeable results.

A wash removes dirt and grime from the surface. A detail goes further, cleaning the interior thoroughly and, depending on the package, polishing and sealing the gelcoat to remove oxidation and restore shine.

Yes. Every package, from Interior Detail through Complete Detail, includes a full interior clean. The packages differ in how much exterior correction work is included.

Oxidation shows up as a dull, chalky, or faded look on the gelcoat that doesn't go away with a regular wash. If wiping the surface leaves a light white residue on your hand, that's oxidation.

Heavily oxidized boats may need additional correction time beyond what's included in the selected package. After evaluating your boat, our team will recommend any additional work and get your approval before proceeding.

No. Deep scratches, cracks, and other gelcoat damage need evaluation by our fiberglass repair department. Detail packages address surface-level oxidation, fading, and light scratches only.

A clean hull is required for the Enhanced, Exterior, and Complete Detail packages because the bottom needs to be free of growth or buildup before polishing. If your hull isn't clean, we'll add a bottom clean for an additional fee.
